Terms & Documents
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) : based on product type (e.g., 5 MT container for coconut product and 100 kg for moringa product).
Packaging : flexible (sacks, cartons, pallets, bulk, or customized as per buyer request).
Payment Terms : Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with 70% down payment balance before container loading/stuffing. L/C available for larger contracts.
Delivery Terms (Incoterms) : available EXW, FOB Surabaya, or CIF, depending on buyer preference.
Lead Time : 2–4 weeks after payment confirmation and document arrangement.

Certification
To ensure smooth export procedures and product safety, PT. Adely Eco Nusantara provides all standard international trade documents, including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (COO), and quarantine-related documents such as Phytosanitary Certificate and Fumigation Certificate.
We also support our shipments with additional quality documents upon request, such as Certificate of Analysis (COA), laboratory test results, and other product quality assurances.
Our products can be accompanied by certifications according to buyer requirements, such as Halal, HACCP, ISO 9001, and Organic Certification (USDA, EU, JAS) for food and herbal products. (Available upon request depending on buyer requirements).
